We’re taking it to the next level in e-commerce at unobstructedview.com! As you read this, we are launching a new accounting platform, which means a new website, and we have recently moved to a new larger facility that will deliver a better experience from your first click to your last. Here are just a few of the improvements you can expect over the course of the summer:

1. Accurate inventory levels. If we say we have it, we will have it.

2. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will not be charged until your order ships.

3. Improved customer service.

4. Quicker turnaround on in-stock orders.

Improved service will go hand in hand with our new larger warehouse. With the implementation of this new website and for security reasons, you will be required to set up a new account when you place your first order (sadly, existing wishlists will also be deleted). Click here to sign up for a new account and click on “Create an Account.” Our customer service staff will have access to your past order information if it’s needed, and if you have an existing order or backorder, it will remain in our new system to be shipped as soon as possible. Any new system will require fine tuning, and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
