Shipping and Delivery
How are orders shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post from Toronto. All shipments of three units and over are sent expedited with tracking numbers. Single and double unit shipments are sent by regular mail, which does not have tracking information.
How long will it take to ship my order?
In stock items will be shipped within 5 days of receiving your order, out of stock and back ordered items typically take 2-3 weeks to ship. During high volume and sale periods, it will sometimes take more than 3 days to ship orders.
What are your shipping charges?
In Canada, shipping is $3.50 per item, shipping is free for orders over $150 net of discounts and taxes. We are now charging a flat premium of $10 on select boxed sets. Titles with the premium will be identified on the site and in your cart. However, please note that if you hit the free shipping threshold and there is a boxed set in your cart you will still be charged the $10.
US shipping is $10 for a single item and $5 for every additional item. Boxed sets are extra $10. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes, should they be applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally because our DVDs are mostly coded for North America. We do not ship Criterion product outside of Canada
Do you send an email when you ship my order?
Yes, we will send out an email when your order ships.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled by logging into your account and selecting "Open Orders". Alternatively, customer service can assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cannot be cancelled once product has been shipped.
Can I change an order?
To change an order, please cancel your original order as per above and place a new order. If your order has shipped, we are unable to change the order. You can contact email@example.com to return your product and place a new order.
How do I send back damaged goods?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Please note that repeated returns for any reason will cause your account to be put on notice.
If one of my selections is on backorder, will you ship it out separately?
Orders that contain backorders or preorders will ship when 80% or greater of the order is in stock. We will hold in-stock items for when your order is ready to ship.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax for shipments within Canada
The $10 .00 Boxset Surcharge is included on items that are heavier or larger than the standard Blu-ray/DVD.
Please note that slipcovers are not guaranteed. We are not provided with extra slipcovers, so we cannot replace them.
We do our best to make sure we don’t send out any damaged items, but as the slipcovers are malleable cardboard and they go through different forms of transit until it arrives with the customer , we can’t guarantee that they will arrive in perfect condition .

When will I be charged?
If you pay with a credit card, your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. If you do not maintain your credit card information in your UV account, your order may be cancelled.
If you use PayPal, we will receive your payment when the order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners and PayPal
What happens if my credit card is declined?
We will send you a notification, 48 hours after the notification is sent, we will cancel your order.
My order contains damaged or defective merchandise!
